Led the transformation of the platform’s architecture — migrating from a monolithic PHP/Laravel codebase to a modern, scalable system with React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend, and microservices on the backend using Python/Flask and Ruby on Rails. This shift delivered major gains in performance, scalability, and developer experience.
Designed and implemented a fully documented design system using Storybook and Jest, which accelerated marketing workflows and reduced engineering bottlenecks.
